HELP CENTRE

A few useful answers.

Find your way, and know where the pilot ends.

What is saved?

The client pilot saves your account email, selected fictional scenario and controlled answers. Firm-demo changes last only in the current session and reset on refresh. They are not connected to client accounts.

Can I use real client information?

No. This pilot accepts fictional examples only. Live use awaits independent security, privacy, data-residency, access-control, intake-notice and malware-scanning approval.

Does a conflict-clear status mean we represent the client?

No. Conflict clearance, legal review and engagement are separate decisions. The client pilot’s simulation is not a staff permission or legal approval.

Are messages, invoices and meetings sent?

No. Firm messages and invoice approvals are local demo actions. No emails, payment requests, reminders or calendar invitations are delivered. Dates and rates are fictional examples, not monitored deadlines or firm pricing.

Where do I find client information?

Prospective clients are in the intake queue. Engaged fictional cases are in Matters. Contacts distinguishes prospects, clients and opposing parties. Clients sign in through the separate client portal.

What about files, AI and external integrations?

Live file uploads, malware scanning, AI extraction, accounting and calendar integrations are not enabled. Manual case briefs and fictional document previews are available.

Informed by established legal workflows

Product research informed the separation of intake, matters, tasks and billing—not a claim of endorsement or compliance.
